What is our return policy?

• You may return most items sold and fulfilled by Cherub Capers within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit. Exceptions include perishable products, items of a personal nature, and final sales. During the holidays, items shipped between November 1st and December 31st can be returned until January 31st.

When will you get your refund?

• Usually in about 2-3 weeks. Most refunds are fully refunded in 3-5 days after we receive and process your return.

Does Cherub Capers offer replacements and exchanges?

• Yes, if we have something similar. Because of the nature of Cherub Capers, we have many "one-of-a-kind" items that cannot be replaced. We will extend shop credit in this instance.
