What is our return policy?

• You may return most items sold and fulfilled by Cherub Capers within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit.

  • Exceptions include perishable products, items of a personal nature, and final sales.

  • During the holidays, items shipped between November 1st and December 31st can be returned until January 31st.

Does Cherub Capers offer replacements and exchanges?

• Yes, if we have something similar. Because of the nature of Cherub Capers, we have many "one-of-a-kind" items that cannot be replaced. We will extend shop credit in this instance.

Return Items and following the instructions.

• If you received a damaged or defective item, contact us to determine if we must do a refund or extend shoppe credit.

  • In most instances, Cherub Capers will cover the cost of return shipping if your item arrived damaged.

  • We will send you a postage label for you to print.

  • The item must be returned in the same package as you received.

• If you change your mind on a product you received, contact us to determine what can be done.

  • In most instances, you will cover the cost of return shipping.

  • The product must be returned in its original condition for a full purchase refund.

When will you get your refund?

• Usually in about 2-3 weeks.

  • Most refunds are fully refunded in 3-5 days after we receive and process your return.
