Please, if for any reason this item is not what you expected, contact me BEFORE filing a claim or starting a return. What can you return?
You may return most items sold and fulfilled by Cherub Capers within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit. Exceptions include perishable products, items of personal nature, and final sales. During the holidays, items shipped between November 1st and December 31st can be returned until January 31st.

When will you get your refund?
Usually in about 2-3 weeks. Most refunds are fully refunded in 3-5 days after we receive and process your return.

Does Cherub Capers offer replacements and exchanges?
Yes, if we have something similar. Because the of the nature of Cherub Capers, we have many "one-of-a-kind" items that cannot be replaced. We will extend shoppe credit in this instance.

If you received a damaged or defective item, contact us to determine if we must do a refund or extend shoppe credit. Buyer is responsible for shipping and returning the item in its' original condition.

 

If you live locally, in store pick up is available! Please contact us within 48-72 hours to arrange for payment and shipping after purchasing. Item will NOT be shipped until payment is received. Buyer is responsible for shipping charges and can choose between means of delivery to reduce costs. Will combine shipping costs for multiple purchases. Please contact seller to make arrangements.
